  • Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs for products up to 2 kg, for all destinations of the basic ELTA are charged with shipping costs € 3.50 with VAT for Thessaloniki and € 3.5 with VAT for the rest of Greece.

Shipping costs include the courier charge, and the entire packaging process with the materials.

Customers must check the integrity of the package when delivering the order. Damaged or broken products are not covered by warranty and should not be picked up. In case of broken it should be reported immediately to the courier and after a relevant check you are informed about the compensation.
